The City of Creswell completed the construction of a new City Hall building at the corner of Oregon Ave and 1st Street in the spring of 2010.  The first floor of the building is fully finished, and is now occupied by city staff. The second floor and the adjacent parking lot will be finished in the coming years. Nagao Pacific Architecture and Planning is currently under contract to design the second floor. The City is proud that no debt was taken on in the construction of City Hall. This success is the result of years of saving and planning for future facilities needs.
