The Creswell Community Connection is the City of Creswell's quarterly newsletter. This newsletter is mailed out with utility bills and uploaded to the city's website every January, April, July, and October. Additionally, residents may pick up copies of the current newsletter in Creswell City Hall.

The Creswell Community Connection contains information from City Hall, Creswell Public Works, the Lane County Sheriff's Office, and other local organizations that will be applicable to community members during the quarter of the year the newsletter covers.

As of 2023, the City of Creswell utilizes Canva, a free graphic design program, to create newsletters that are vibrant and appealing to readers.
