The City of Creswell shifts to Winter Utility Rates today! This change happens every year and spans October-April. During this period, residents are billed based on actual usage instead of average usage. If you have any questions, please contact Creswell City Hall at 541-895-2531

Winter Utility Rates Start October 1st! Starting October 1st, we'll be making a seasonal change to how we bill for utilities, specifically sewer rates, from October through April. Instead of using an average of your water usage, we'll be measuring your actual water usage and calculating your bill based on that number. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Creswell City Hall at 541-895-2531.
