Creswell's Comprehensive Plan was accepted by the Oregon Department of Land Conservation and Development (DLCD) in December, 1982.

Currently, Staff is working to streamline the document and revisit policies to guide land use planning decisions over the next 20 years. Reorganized to align with Oregon's Statewide Land Use Framework, Creswell's Comprehensive Land Use Plan is being updated by topic area. At this time, City Council has approved policy work related to the following goals:

• Goal 1: Citizen Involvement

• Goal 2: Land Use Planning

• Goal 10: Housing

• Goal 12: Transportation
