Happy Sunday, Creswell! Today Paisley wants to warn everyone about the dangers on the internet and give you advice on how to stay alert!

Safety Sundays With Paisley. WAYS TO BE SAFE ON THE INTERNET: Stay in the Light: Stick to websites you trust and know. Just like I love my familiar park, you should explore the web safely! Use Strong Passwords: Make those passwords as tough as a bone! Mix it up with letters, numbers, and symbols to keep your accounts secure. Don’t Share Personal Info: Keep your secrets safe! Just like I don’t let just anyone pet me, don’t give out your personal information to strangers online. Be Cautious with Links: If a link looks fishy, don’t click it! It could lead you to places that aren’t safe—like a squirrel in a tree that you just can’t reach!

Properly storing water for emergencies is just as crucial as storing food. Here’s how to make sure your water supply is safe and accessible: 𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲: Store water where everyone in your household can easily reach it. 𝐒𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬: Keep water in a dark, dry, and consistently cool space (ideally 50-70°F or 10-21°C). Avoid storing it in direct sunlight. 𝐀𝐯𝐨𝐢𝐝 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Don’t store water near chemicals, fuels, or strong-smelling products that could affect its quality. 𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐛𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Store water in different areas of your home so if one spot is affected by a disaster, you still have access to other parts of your supply. 𝐅𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐳𝐞𝐫 𝐔𝐬𝐞: Keep some water in your freezer to create ice jugs. They can help keep food cool and provide drinking water as they melt. Proper storage ensures you have clean, accessible water when you need it most. Stay prepared
